After realizing there was “no hope” of getting off the daycare waitlist, Campbell Buie-Moltz turned to au pairs, hosting them for two years to help care for her son. Gwendolyn Bright, meanwhile, found a different route: a homeschool co-op where her children learn alongside other families, all from within the home.
