On today’s episode, Alma and Isabel hop on the beat to talk about finding and creating community as moms new to Charlottesville. Alma moved from Chile in 2021, and after experiencing the isolation of motherhood during the pandemic, she turned her art into a way to connect with other mothers. Isabel, on the other hand, is no stranger to Charlottesville. After graduating from UVA in 2010, she moved to New York City to launch her career, spent 5 years in Vermont, became a mom, and finally found her way back to Charlottesville.
